Hi and thanks for taking the time to post your question.
If you mean you want to change which page pops up when you press home, then without knowing your specific phone, it will be hard to answer. However, if you are trying to change the overall appearance of the phone/home screen then what you are looking for is a different launcher. The launcher is what you see when you press the home button. It consists of your home screens and app drawer (the menu where you see all of the apps you have installed)
If a new launcher is what you are looking for then there are TONS to choose from!

They are sorted by android version. Just check them out and see if one suits your needs.
My personal favorite is ADW launcher. It is a very customizable launcher with tone of options and tons of themes. But my advice is to try out a bunch of them until you find one you like.
