I'm baaack....
One thing I've learned is that I did much better learning all I needed on CPUs than I am on Android. Boy am I lost with this! I guess it's just all the new language and me being so old....hahahaha
Sooooo, I have a problem. I tried to find an answer or discussion here first, but didn't (at least so I would recognize) so I will try a new thread instead.
I have taken video on my Samsung Galaxy S11, and have now hooked up my phone with my laptop via Kies. Nice. However, I can't get those videos to dnload to my laptop tho all else does well. My laptop is ANCIENT (2004), so the first thing I did was go to CNET and see how the Windows Media Player updates were. Not so good according to the reviews. Since there was indication dnloading would bring me lots of crap from windows, I decided not to update my laptop version. Next I hunted CNET for a diff one. But there were all these converters too and I wasn't sure if my android is in some foreign language for my laptop and needed conversion, or if my videos just need a good player on my laptop (and should it be on my phone too?).
I would super appreciate any direction here. Some of the video is precious to me and I really want to get it saved before something crashes (phone or laptop). Thanks in advance!!
