Root Trying to download a new ROM

I'm trying to install a new ROM with ROM manager, but every time I try to browse for available ROMs, it asks me to confirm that my phoneis a U8160. Does the U8160 and the M835 have the same ROM? Is U8160 just the type of stock ROM the M835 has?

I see. So I would be better off trying to get a M835 ROM onto my SD card and upload it to my phone from there.

How would one go about doing that?
