Trying to find a game

A few years ago I played this really great game and now I'm trying to find it because now my phone has space. The game is about moving around a small icon using your finger to avoid lasers, monsters and other things that kill you when you touch them. They come on screen after their indications. There is an online mode where it is not so deadly but you play with other players. The colors are just black and white, but I'm pretty sure that some icons do have color. Please help if you know the game. :)
 
If you downloaded the game from the play store on another device in the past, a history of your downloaded games exist within your account in the play store. Try looking there.
