trying to find an IP address

I have a problem and in trying to solve it I came across build no FRF85B , which led me to this forum and now I am a member .so hello every one . I have one of those tablets and I can not get WiFi . It sends me to a window which says New/Edit Samba Server . Here I am lost as I do not know where to get this info. It must be said that my knowledge is limited. HELLO AGAIN AND THANKS
