Help Trying to get BBQScreen to work on my HTC DNA

Hey all.

I'm using a non-rooted HTC Droid DNA, Model number: HTC6435LVW.

I have been trying to find a good way to share my phone's screen to my computer as I have Verizon and no cable, so the only way I can watch a football game right now is with NFL Mobile. Unfortunately, since the device is not rooted, I have to use the USB Debugging method.

I followed the instructions for enabling USB Debugging on the phone and then plugged it in. The computer recognizes it, but the App doesn't seem to recognize that Debugging is on and that it's connected to a computer. Every time I try to turn the App on it tells me that I need to use the non-root method.

I'm worried that the problem stems from not having the ADB Drivers. However, the setup instructions mention the following:

"Windows only: It should recognize a new hardware. Point it to the drivers located in (by default) C:\Program Files (x86)\BBQScreen Client\prebuilts\drivers. If everything goes fine, an Android ADB Device should be installed."

Problem is, I never get that pop up when I plug in my phone, and I don't get to "point" the device.

I tried emailing them as is suggested on the website, but I got no response. I'd love to get this set-up, any help would be greatly appreciated.
