Ttransfer internal memory to SD card in note 2

I have a note 2 of 16 GB internal memory for 3 months and I just found my internal memory is nearly full and I still have 22GB in my sd card. Copuld anyone tell me how to transfer the internal memory like videos and music and data file to the SD card Plase

Music and videos can just be moved using a file manager app (e.g. ES File Explorer).

App data can't be moved to SD.
