tunein,i heart,youtube not working

[Android Question]

I have a samsung android thru Straight talk which i believe is thru Verizon network.
My Tunein....Iheart and Youtube was working great.But they all seem to take for ever to work.TuneIn and I Heart are always buffering like every minute or so and Youtube takes forever to download a video.As I said before.Never had a problem until a few days ago.Is there something I can do? I am on a 3G network.

Hi, and welcome.

Reboot the phone, which will clear out a lot of crud that may be slowing it down. That may solve the problem.


Then go to each app in settings and clear the cache.

Those two things should do it.

Go into manage apps (under Settings); Clear Cache and Clear Data for both apps. Try the apps again. If you have logon credentials or customized settings, you'll need to re-enter them.
