How do I turn off or toggle lte and hspa+ on ATT samsung galaxy s2 thunderbolt?

Look the mobile (or cellular) data settings. There should be a "network mode" selector in there - setting it GSM (2G) only would turn both of those off, and I'd hope there would also be a GSM/WCDMA Auto mode, which would be 2G/3G but no LTE (I call HSPA+ 3G, but not sure what ATT's marketing people call it

Admittedly I don't have this handset/network, and carriers have been known to mess up the software, but I'd expect these settings to be in there.
