Turn of right swipe entirely?

This is for the S5 on TMOBILE. I disabled the Magazine app but I constantly get an "application not installed" message on the home screen as I barely swipe right and even though the Magazine app is disabled TouchWiz still reacts and displays the message.

Right-swipe runs Magazine. If it's disabled, it can't run so when you tell it to run (by right-swiping), you get the message. It's working the way it should be working. You'll have to redefine right-swipe to do something else to eliminate the message.

Yes I understand that already what I am looking for is a solution. There are no settings for right swipe as far as I can tell.
