turn off hang up sound

when I hang up on the phone I get this loud annoying BEEP (for no reason).

Is it possible to turn this off somehow?

Found this somewhere else, so i can't be sure it works.
Go into Setting / apps /snapchat / permissions/ phone. Turn the phone permission off.

I tried to remove phone access from all apps except from Google own and that solved the issue.. So there are other apps out there except for snap which screws up the phone

No problem.
Still not sure why other apps caused this issue

It's probably a specific app, so we'd need to work out which one in order to guess why.

For the record my phone doesn't do this and never has, so I'm guessing it's a user-installed app rather than a system one.
