Turn off instant apps

How to turn off Google instant apps? Verizon updated my phone last night and now my phone is trying to use this feature. Annoying!

Sure go to settings. Accounts. Click on Google. It's at the bottom and actually says instant apps. I played with it a little. Not the greatest setup yet. Some apps that support instant apps actually don't unless you have the app. Which defeats the purpose. Weather.com for example.
