Turn off "knock on"? Get app drawer without simple home? Auto connect bluetooth?

Hey guys, new g5 owner here, love the phone so far! (upgraded from a g2) but I have some questions.

Issue 1: Knock on. I hate it. I have no need of it, and I often fiddle with my phone absentmindedly for fun. All the fiddling often turns on the screen. I want to disable knock on. However, I am scared because it looks like there's no option for it. Hopefully I'm just missing something here!

Issue 2: App drawer. This one isn't as big of a deal, but I would love to have the app drawer back WITHOUT doing the "simple home" option. Because I want the bottom row of 5 buttons like I used to have.

Issue 3: Bluetooth auto connecting. So with my g2, I would leave the bluetooth on, I would start up my car, and they would find each other and connect without me doing anything. With my G5, they are paired, but I get into the car and it doesn't automatically connect to the car. Is there a way to fix this?

don't know if you need answer still? but the knock on know off i use "Any Cut". You make a shortcut to the function. It's in our phones just hidden. Take a while to figure out the Any cut app but it works and is fun.
