turn on amber alerts

[Android Question]

I have a samsung galaxy s3 and im with rogers. Ive seen other websites stating that i have to go to messaging and select menu and then select settings,scroll down and click emergency alerts but i cant find the emergency alerts in the settings in the menu in messaging

I have a GS3 but not on Rogers, and my Emergency Settings is indeed in messaging, etween Notifiation settings and Signature settings. Are you on 4.1.2?

Im not going to lie,i have no idea what 4.1.2 is but there is nothing to do with emergency alerts between notifications settings and signature settings. The order is
-Notifications
-Select ringtones
-Vibrate
-Message alert repitition
-Preview message
Then signature settings
