Turn On Location Popup

Does any one else with AT&T Note 8 keep getting the pop up Turn On Location?

Every time I wake up my phone and hit the dial pad to dial a number I get the Pop up Turn on location and it wants me to go t location services and turn it on and Wi Fi and when I do that it also Turns on the GPS.

I don't know how to stop this anyone else have this issue?

If it happens when you open the dialer then I'd look in the dialer settings for anything that might be location-related.

Yes your right a setting about Nearby Places and suggested numbers needs Location to be on GPS WiFi and Network services.
