Need to know how to transfer photos and videos from my droid N861 phone. Also need help turning on USB storage.

Didn't realise there was anything to turn on with USB

You should just need to connect the phone to the PC using a USB cable.

If your phone prompts you to select a USB mode, choose the Media option (or external disk on older versions of Android).

Windows will probably prompt you for what you want to do - select Windows Explorer. If you don't get the option, start Windows Explorer by holding the Windows key and hitting E.

In Explorer, expand My Computer to find your phone connected as an external drive. Expand the folders beneath this. Your photos and videos should be under internal storage in folder \DCIM\camera.

Thank you SiempreTuna. It may be my phone. I can't locate \dcim\camera folder and every time I try to open device to view files or try to import pictures and videos nothing is found.
