Turned itself off and will not turn on

samsung galaxy s7 turned itself off and will not turn on
The batteries was charged 80% as it happend. I noticed that the screen lately began to freeze and the phone felt warm.
Before it turned off they was message about memory, did not remember the exact sentence.

I have already tried to hard reset without any success.
Anybody who have experiance sudden incident and will share the reason.

This is a wild guess. But I suspect your battery is giving up the ghost. That explains your phone getting warm and then not turning on. The memory message could easily be due to voltage and overheating issues. Can you post more details about what happens when you try and turn it on. Also when you plug it in to your charger are there any messages on your screen, or does your LED light up?
Nothing it is dead, not even I plug in the cabel to charge.
