Turning off call voice notifications

I've searched the web and can find lots of info for other android phones but none seem towork for Marshmallow or the Nexus 6p, so can any kind soul please tell me how to disable voice announcements on incoming calls?

Do you have anything enabled under Settings > Accessibility?

Quite a number of things, but nothing I can relate to the problem.

Talkback isn't one of them, is it?

Talkback is off. The ones that are on are:

Smart Launcher, Airdriod Notification Mirror service, LastPass, AutoInput, Tasker & Light Flow

Yeah, I don't think any of those should do it (unless you have a Tasker profile configured for it).
I'm afraid I'm out of ideas. I haven't noticed my phone speaking about incoming calls, but it's also usually on silent/vibrate.

Well thanks for trying. I'll switch Tasker off as I'm not really using it.
