Help turnoff capacitive buttons light

I FIND A WAY TO TURNOFF CAPACITIVE BUTTONS LIGHT BY EDITING THE FILE IN "leds-mt65xx/button-backlight" folder and changed the brightness value to 0

but after reboot the capacitive buttons light came back

how to permanently disable it
I have also changed the file permission to ro after editing the file
SOMEONE PLS HELP ME

because there is a lib file for that which controls it ..called liblights.so or sensors.lights.so.

it is in system/lib/hw
