Alright here is the scenario. My boss would like to have a scrolling informational box at the bottom of Android TV's that are in the hospital, He was hoping that this would be possible if we create an app for the TV and used it to relay information from a server (dr name time, date, and just occasional news) Not only do I need to know if this is possible I need to know where to start. I appreciate any and all input towards this.
