TV music channels

Is there a way to listen to the music channels on my android galaxy s phone? An if so can I plug into my usb port in my car and charge my phone and listen to those tv music channels thru my car speaker system.

Not really an easy way to do so. Why not just use radio options already on the phone for when your in your car?

Or get XM radio if you really want something similar to those channels.
