TV out w/ new Galaxy S

Hello,

Got a new Galaxy S 2 weeks ago. I wanted to use the TV out feature. I have turned on TV out in the settings and I am using a good quality cable and I get nothing. Any one seen this?
 
Have you changed the "Input Mode" on your TV as well (you should be able to do that via TV Remote).
 
I have tried a few cables now as well. I have the cheaper Samsung cable but have tried a nicer like camcorder cable too.
