The best I have used by far is 'TV Show Stream'. Is paid though...

Just found one called Crackle. It seems a bit buggy. It took me 3 tries before it starts, but I was able to watch a movie on it. It has some TV shows as well. They are older shows, though.

Well you wouldn't get a refund since you are past your 15 minute window.

Its not free but installing Vulkano unit on your home cable box allows you to use Vulkano app to control the cable box and watch whatever you like streamed to your phone. myvulkano.com
