tv without tv tuner and internet

Hi everybody,,,,

I can watch digital tv channle by my samsung tablet....using usb otg and usb tv tuner dvbt....
is there any app that can receive digital tv signal and capable to watch tv without tv tuner?....
for example by bluetooth or wifi....

Or...how can i watch tv with my tablet without using tv tuner and internet?

Of course, wifi is just a radio connection to the Internet, so the answer to your question - can you get TV without a tuner or the Internet - the answer is no. It's impossible with our current technology.
