Help Tweaking Lockscreen Notifications

My Samsung Galaxy S5 phone has just been upgraded from KitKat to Lollipop.

I'm still getting to grips with the new features, but I'm finding the notifications annoying.

What I want is for the lockscreen to only show notifications if I have a new text message or missed call, but then when I unlock the phone, I want the status bar to show all notifications - Facebook, Outlook, Words With Friends etc, as well as texts and calls.

Is it possible to do this? Playing around with Lollipop so far, all I've been able to do is turn off the notifications for Facebook, Outlook, WWF completely, which removes their notifications from the lockscreen, but also from the status bar when the phone is unlocked.
