Tweet notifications not consistenly working

I've had no problems with Plume. You may want to slow down notification time of two minutes, though. The twitter API only allows a certain number of calls per 15 minutes. I'm not sure if that has anything to do with your problem, but you try cutting the refresh interval to 5, 10, or 15 minutes and see if that changes anything.
 
OK. I'll try setting the refresh interval to 10 minutes. I checked the settings on my Droid Razr (notifications work fine on it) and the refresh interval is 10 minutes. To be continued ...
 
I tried resetting the refresh interval to 10 and 15 minutes. No change. Still getting notifications through Active Notification and notification bar after initial device restart and a short time afterwards. I'll give Plume a try.
