twicca BETA: Excellent Twitter client with great UI

Even at beta, it's my favorite Android Twitter client. The UI is simple and clean. 4 buttons at the bottom for status updates, replies, DMs, and to refresh. Click on a tweet, and you get a popup list of options, including profiles of all the @ users, links to all the hashtags, and any URL links. A key feature: shortened URL links can be expanded by a long-press.

The main killer feature, though, that really sets Twicca apart from the others, is the color label feature. For any given user, you can assign 1 of 6 different colors. Their names will be written in that color, and to the left of each of their tweets will be a bar of that color. By assigning color labels to specific groups, you can quickly get an idea of which group of people a tweet came from. A nice alternative to the lists that Twitter supports.

Speaking of lists, you can create and edit them through this app as well.

Some gripes:
No auto-capitalization in status updates. Makes sense because the developer is Japanese, but it should still be there.
No integration with bit.ly or j.mp or any other URL shortener.
Notifications only tell you IF there are new tweets and doesn't load them in the background. So you have to have an internet connection at the moment you check your tweets.

This app gets updated frequently, so I'm hoping these problems get hammered out, but in the meanwhile, it's still the best single-user Twitter client for Android.
