Twitter app problems (Tweetdeck, Tweetcaster)

i usually use Tweetdeck and it worked fine with my mobile data. but all over a sudden it stopped refreshing and failed to connect....unless im on wifi.

i then downloaded tweetcaster to see if i had the same problem, just to find that it had the same problem.

i really do need help. i miss twitter

help please...
