to be more accurate they didnt back down from suing......... they backed down from joining a lawsuit thats happening with or without them..... all theyve done is open themselves up to be sued as well

depending on the mood of the USSC when this finally reaches them....... this suit has a pretty good chance of success........ considering the reason for the suit

next we will see a similar suit filed by former GM shareholders who also had their stock stolen from them by the govt
