Twitter problems

When i open my twitter it says 'Cannot retrieve tweets at this time. Please try again later' what i will do? I uninstall the twitter and install again but it's all the same i went in clear data but it's the same again can anybody help me

Network problems possibly? Firewall? Try a different WiFi or try wireless data if you have that?
