Two questions about customization

Hi. I apologise if these (absolute android beginner) questions are pretty simple/dumb, but I can´t find a clear way to solve them.

1.- Whats´s CM12? I find lots of themes for it and guess is an app for customize themes but can´t find this app. How can I install it? It´s mandatory to root the phone to have the CM12?
2.- It´still possible to get the Iron Man theme for the Galaxy s6 from Samsung? It´s not in the Samsng Theme Store (at least in my country) and i´m looking for it. I´m an Iron Man fan (as my avatar would say).

CM 12 is a custom ROM (operating System). Yes you have to be rooted in order to flash and install any custom ROM.
To learn how to root along with the hazards that can arise from doing it you need to visit the All Things Root Section for you device.
 
Hey, thank you. I´ve been looking videos about Nova Launcher and it seems pretty amazing. Gonna look in the forums how to use it. Sure there is something about that.

I have been using nova launcher for a long time now. In my opinion it's the best one. But check the play store. There are a ton of launchers. Maybe check out the launcher called themer. They might have an iron man theme
 
Nova is quite excellent, I initially got it so that I could auto rotate into landscape for screenshots & such, but overall I am just very impressed with the presentation, totally worth it upgrade
