Help Two System Updates showing in menu

When i open up the about device on my htc D820s there are two system updates showing up
pressing the top one crashes settings and the other opens up normally
Also phone is not booting up into recovery instead goes on a boot loop or safe mode tried everything please help!!!!!!

I would say you should look here. You might need to return to stock.

The issue is the phone is not going into recovery it goes into a boot loop or into a safe mode

If your recovery is gone, there's not much you can do. It is usually there. Just gotta be optimistic. Can you get Fastboot?

Yes through adb i can access the bootloader

adb reboot recovery

Yes nothing happens the phone just reboots normally or sometimes goes into a boot loop

Are you rooted? Is this a custom recovery we are talking about? If it's TWRP you can probably reflash it with fastboot. If you are stock then you will probably need to find the RU to restore it.

Since after flashing twrp recovery i am facing this problem as well as when i give a command for flashing it shows this partition does not support this command even though the command is right also when i enter the unlocking bootloader command an error comes up
