It could be anything, most of the times it means that someone liked some post of yours on some app...

Hmmm.... Which social media apps do you use? It could be one of those...
Oh, also try long pressing the notification inside the status bar, you will get the name of the app directly (unless it's a very old phone...)

Hmmmm.... That's not how twitter looks... Twitter has a single heart....
Pull down the notification bar and long-press on that notification. You'll then see which app generated it. Or, if you have access to your husband's play store account, you can log in on a PC and look at his installed app list.
I think we've seen these icons before and they turned out to be something rather silly and innocuous, but for the life of me, I can't remember what it was.
