Pls I wanna know how to install twrp on tecno l8 plus.

AFAiK there's no custom recoveries or custom ROMs or custom anything made for Mediatek MTK devices. Basically because manufacturers that use Mediatek can't release their source code that developers need, due to draconian NDAs imposed by Mediatek.

Got what from XDA, a TWRP recovery? Is it for the Tecno l8 Plus? If necessary, please provide the appropriate XDA Dev forum URL, as that may give us more information to possibly help you.

Be aware that any custom recovery or custom ROM must be specifically built for your particular device make and model, otherwise it just won't work, or it could brick and you'll be buying a new phone.
