Root TWRP versus CWM

I have CWM recovery currently on my TF101, I understand that may be a mistake? and that TWRP would be better. I also believe that ROM Manager may not be the best for the TF101?
How do I replace CWM with TWRP? Download link?
What is a better option than ROM Manager/Toolbox Pro?

rom manager always has worked well for me in the past. To be honest , theres nothing the app does that you cant simply download from online and do yourself. just makes things a tad easier for some operations.

as to the cwm vs twrp debate... they are actually pretty darned similar when it comes down to features. its really all a matter of preference.
