Root TWRP with no root..

So i was wondering is there a way to flash TWRP without root. I know you would need a pc but is it possible?

There isn't a way, we don't have fastboot so you have to be rooted to install twrp, don't really think there's a way around that

yes via adb but it would have to be a phone that has a unlocked bootloader or the twrp has to be bumbed
