Help txt from email ringtone

I have a galaxy s4 mini and even though I change the ring tone under the contact(an email address) it still use the default ringtone. I receive emailed txt from my work computer for emergency and I would like it to be a different ring tone. The text is being sent to @mms.att.net the phone display. The contact with the message but does not use the custom ringtone. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks

You could try using a custom notification app? I know something like lite flow allows you to set custom ring tones per notification and per contact.
