U.S.A. models updated to OH1

The carrier minority variant for the U.S.A., SM-G900R6, for Bluegrass Cellular, etc; has received an update to G900R6WWU2BOH1. This is still on the previous changelist for OF2 of #4219092 and therefore indicates that it is just a security patch for StageFright, rather than adding any new features, performance enhancements or tweaks that have been introduced to Samsung's international, G900F, models.

Another carrier minority variant for the U.S.A. is also receiving the OH1 update. SM-G900R7 for carrier, C-Spire, is next in line. Once again, no alteration from the previous changelist #4538308 for OF3.
