It's tough to know which car is your Uber in a busy area at night. Thankfully the company is looking to make this easier with Uber Beacon. Beacon is a light that drivers can attach to their windshield. When your ride is on its way, you can specify which color the light will be when it arrives so you'll know if it's your ride.
Uber will also now show you photos of the vehicle you're looking for. This functionality was available before, but the company is seemingly making it mandatory for employees to upload photos of their car.
