Help UGH I Hate T-Mobile!?!!! -RANT-

I'm getting seriously annoyed with T-mobile, android & htc...

It all started a few days ago, i started getting problems with my wifi, either my network connection says, Unsuccessful or it connects but it doesnt atcually use the connection and only uses my signal. the device im using is a T-mobile g2 touch, so as you would, you'd search the net, i did with no avail. so i decided, why not email htc see if they have a solution, and no, they replied saying its T-mobile's problem. so i went into my local T-mobile shop in my break from work and they told me that they cannot do anything in the shop because its probably going to be my router that is the problem, which clearly isnt the problem because i cant even connect to the wifi in the apple store.. and they suggested that i speak to someone from the T-mobile online support so that i can be connected to my wifi so they can help me.

so i come home from work and i cant even get onto the live chat to get help, and now its shut... so i thought, why not try the american live chat surely they should have some advice on the matter, and the responce i get is, we do not deal with customers from the uk and they closed the damn chat... Very helpful...

Just getting sick of this stupid thing, why cant there just be a simple solution to things.... UGH Headache much...

and because of my work commitments i dont get home til late-ish so the tmobile support closes about 45 minutes after i get home and if it is busy again tomorrow i still wont get a solution..

No offence mate but first of all...calm down?

The American support was right, they won't and never have to deal with UK customers, you should have guessed that it is common sense.

I don't really see what you are trying to get at? Seems it's so far your problem because of your working hours, don't blame t-mobile for that.

No im getting angry because no idiot at tmobile can help solve a problem which iv been having for a long time, and its getting really frustrating..

Backup your phone, then do a hard reset of it. That should reset everything causing a problem. If that doesn't work then keep trying to contact Tmobile in UK, call them, don't use the chat. The US Tmobile can't help because the G2 is like nothing they deal with so they could possibly give some incite, they probably won't know what to do.

Try the reset, if that doesn't work, you maybe to send in the phone for repair or something.

Yes, its the t-mobile staff who are idiots isnt it. If its such an easy problem then you wouldnt be needing their help would you. So unless you can fix it yourself with no help i guess you are just as much of an idiot.

But for what its worth, if youve checked and double checked all the wifi settings on the phone and you know for definite your router works with other devices then as suggested try a reset of the phone. If not then you may need to send it for repair. Dont worry though the 'idiots' in the shop will be able to send that off for you.
