By "unlocked", I assume you mean it's password/pattern/fingerprint protected? If so, I assume you have forgotten either the pattern or password?

that's not broken but I did. Can you give me some advise.

Ah ok.
Well, someone correct me if I am wrong, but entering your password incorrectly X amount of times, the device should prompt you to enter your gmail password.
