So, dropped the evo ... shattered the glass... AND IT STILL WORKS !!! WOOO!
I got insurance on my plan... so what am i looking at to do now?:confused::confused::confused:
If i have to buy a new one at new cost.. then damn!

call Sprint.. they will direct you to the insurance (TEP) page. fill it out and submit. When I did this with my Pre, I had a phone the next day.
 
If you have Sprint's insurance then you only need to pay a deductible.
 
Or you can bring it to a Sprint service center and they might be able to replace the screen. If they can fix it it's free, if they can't fix it you will have to pay at last $100 deductible for a new one.

Repair store was closed Sunday, just did a claim online. $100. Hero in the meantime, lol.
