UI and performance?

How do different UI's stack up with how they clog up the phone's memory, Ram, etc?

I think Sense really uses up a lot and if I had touchwiz, blur, etc or nothing at all it would be better. Just trying to see if different phones with similar processors will be faster or slower, all things being equal except UI's.

I have phones with Sense, Touchwiz, and Blur, and I don't see a lot of difference in the way they affect the phone's performance. Touchwiz seems to slow the phone down just a little bit more than Blur, and Sense. I am sure that if you have none of those, and are just running straight vanilla Android, it would run faster and more efficiently, but since I have never had a vanilla Android phone, I am just making an educated guess.
