UK Amazon Black Friday Micro SD

I've just received mine. I stuck it straight into my Transformer and it looks all good. However, looking at the card's properties via Windows when it's in the reader (plugged into a USB slot at the front of my PC), and it says it only has a usable capacity of 29.8GB. Is that right? Where have the other 2GB gone?
