Makes Grim reading, but O2 hit the top again, Vodafone fell down the ranks which is no surprise
But Virginmedia moved up even tho there not the best, but customers on the whole were happy with the service
The main reports air on page 76 and O2 was the only one to improve on some services since last year
So Improvments are Needed and Vodafone needs to sort there act out as EE has alot to prove since they merged T-Mobile and Orange
So fare Networks have not commented yet but the will, well the ones that have something to shout about
