Hey all, can anyone tell me if this was officially released in the UK? I have seen it available from a few random websites but doesn't appear on any of the big boys, and neither can i find it on any of the carriers?

Hi The-Stig, I assume you are asking whether the Huawei Ideos U8150 was released in the UK? When I Googled for Reviews and Reports on this phone before I made my purchase, there was a Youtube review done by an English Retailer.
I figured that it had been released WW. Are you going to buy one? Neil.

yes, thats exactly what i meant. Im just looking at mid-range androids atm and this one cropped up but can't find whether or not an official UK launch occured.

Hi The Stig, go to Huawei web site and in their News is a report of sign up with UK Phone4u. I would assume from that report that you would be assured of coverage in the UK. Neil.
