UK Samsung recall

Well that was easy enough. Very impressed. Took 20 minutes this morning to get through on their dedicated recall line. Door to door exchange sorted for 3/10/16 so all I have to do is back this one up. I'll get a text with an hour time slot and swap for a shiny new note 7 at the door. Keep my free vr and case they gifted me. One happy customer.

So do you just hand the phone in and keep the headphones, charger etc? And when you get the new Note7 do you get a whole new box with all its contents again?
 
Box this one up as it was when it arrived in its original packaging. And get a new one in a new box via courier and swap at my door.
