Ulefone armor 5

I have a ulefone armor 5 on Oreo and I have just bought a usb-c too hdmi cable but for some reason it does not work is there any settings I need too go into or can anyone recommend a compatible lead please

I don't know if this phone even exists. Look at its sister phone, It doesn't include.
