This is a Release Candidate for Froyo eXtreme, and is several weeks old. It did indeed run well, but the rom has evolved since then with version 3.5.0 being released two days ago. You can find the current release on Black Droid's web site. I'd post the url, but I'm not sure if that's allowed on this forum. Do a google search for blackdroidmod, and I believe you'll find the whole history of this rom as well as the most recent release.

HTH,

-Mike

Will this work with Rom Manager? If so, do I want clockworkmod recovery or spRecovery?

EDIT: Should I wipe all data when I install too? (Coming from Kangerade 5.0.9)

I don't think it will work with Rom Manager. You'll need SPRecovery to install it, and you'll need to download the rom to the root of your SD card and rename it "update.zip" - without the quotation marks. Then boot into SPRecovery and follow the process.

Sorry - I overlooked the second question in my earlier response. Yes, you should ALWAYS wipe, when changing roms. Otherwise, bad things tend to happen. Listen, if you're going to download Ultimate Droid eXtreme from that web site, go with the latest version - 3.5.0, rather than the release candidate, if the RC is even still available.
