If you are a widget fanatic like me then you could just load your empty screens with widgets.

this is true but you can load up to 16 icons in one carousel, and after you open the one short cut to the first carousel you can swip down to a second one.
Very cool, but now with this on my home screen, swipe left txt messages, swipe right for contacts and one more swipe for book marks.
Don't know what else to have on the blank screens....lol

Are you using an alternate home app, or the regular home?

I'm using GDE, and have 5 screens.

First: Flip Clock weather widget, Battery Status widget, Handcent sms widget, Advanced Task Manager widget.

Second: GDE application dock bar with my different ultimatefaves pro carousels, Sticky Memo widgets, folder for misc settings.

Third: 4 AnyRSS widgets (all 1x4)

Fourth: 6 AnyRSS widgets (2 are 1x4; 4 are 1x1)

Fifth: Pure Calendar widget agenda (4x4)

I would have posted screenshots, but my phone isn't rooted. Hopefully you got the idea.
